Senior Kate Mills captured the career high point swimmer at the Ivy League Championship, while also winning two events to earn COOP Athlete of the Week honors for Feb. 28.
Mills compiled 330 points over four years at the Ivy Championship and was honored in a post-meet ceremony, garnering career high swimmer accolades. The award goes to the senior who scored the most point over her career at the event.
She also contributed to the Crimson’s second-place finish at the event, winning two races. As an individual, Mills took home first in the 400-yard Individual Medley and was a member of the 800 freestyle relay team that captured first. She also placed second in the 200 butterfly and as a part of the 400 freestyle relay team, to go along with a third in the 200 IM.
