Aaron Landes
College: Brandeis 2006

Aaron Landes enters his third season a Harvard's an assistant coach in the 2009-10 season where he serves as the team's pitching coach.

Landes, a 2006 graduate of Brandeis University with a degree in sociology, was a two-time captain for the Judges. He recently completed a master's degree at Boston University (2009) in education with a specialization in coaching principals and sport psychology.

Landes serves as Harvard's pitching coach and will also direct the school's junior varsity program. In 2008, the Crimson led the Ivy League in inter-conference earned run average while staff ace Shawn Haviland was drafted in the 31st round by the Oakland A's.

He has previously held assistant coaching roles with Brandeis from 2006-07, helping the team to the UAA Conference championships with a pitching staff ERA of 3.94. That summer, Landes served as pitching coach for the Hyannis Mets of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

In 2009, Landes served as the pitching coach for the Sanford Mainers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League. His team recorded the top batting average against with a .212 mark while ranking second in team ERA at 2.87.

At Brandeis, Landes was a two-year captain for the Judges. As a senior, he boasted an earned run average of 1.93 with 19 appearances.

Landes resides in Charlestown, Mass.
