Flesher Tabbed Ivy Special Teams Player of the Week
Andrew Flesher accounted for 12 points against Princeton Oct. 26 (Gil Talbot).
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Junior placekicker Andrew Flesher of the Harvard football team has been named the Ivy League Special Teams Player of the Week, it was announced Monday afternoon.
Flesher, who hails from Little Rock, Ark., made all six PATs he attempted in Harvard's triple overtime defeat at the hands of Princeton Saturday. Flesher also hit two field goals of 38 and 23 yards, respectively, both of which came in overtime, finishing the day with 12 points, a career-high.
Flesher and the Crimson will host Dartmouth in a key Ivy matchup Saturday, Nov. 2. Kickoff is slated for 5 p.m. at Harvard Stadium.
