Student-Athletes To Participate in March of Dimes' Boston March for Babies
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard student-athletes will be participating in the March of Dimes' Boston March for Babies Saturday, May 10 at 12:30 p.m., at the DCR Hatch Shell.
Football's Tyler Ott '14, David Leopard '14, Mike Pruneau '14, Connor Loftus, Eric Baars '14 and Nick Easton '13, former women's hockey player Ashley Wheeler '11 and National Youth Council member Bernie Lim form the Harvard University team.
Each year, more than 450,000 babies are born too soon. March of Dimes is an organization that helps expecting mothers have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. Additionally, March of Dimes works to provide information and support to affected families, as well as research problems that pose a threat to premature babies.
