Crimson Field Hockey Recognized for Academic Success

2010 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—The Harvard field hockey team has been recognized as a recipient of the 2010 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced Tuesday.

The award recognizes NCAA Division I field hockey programs with a team grade-point average of 3.00 or better during the fall semester. The Crimson combined for a GPA of 3.31.

The NFHCA will later announce the individual players who have earned selection to the 2010 Gladiator by SGI/NFHCA National Academic Squad.
