ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- The Harvard men's basketball team held an open practice for fans and the media and participated in press conferences at University Arena Wednesday afternoon.
The Crimson is preparing for Thursday afternoon's NCAA tournament second-round game against fifth-seeded Vanderbilt. Harvard, a No. 12 seed, will face the Commodores at 4:40 p.m. EST in a game that will be shown live on TNT.
Harvard, which is making its first NCAA tournament appearance since 1946, boasts a 26-4 overall record and won its second straight Ivy League title this season. Vanderbilt claimed the SEC tournament crown and boasts a 24-10 overall mark.
