CAMBRIDGE, Mass. The Harvard men’s lacrosse team has been ranked 19th in the 2012 Inside Lacrosse preseason  national poll, the publication announced this week.  The Crimson is one of five Ivy League schools to appear in the Inside Lacrosse poll.

Harvard, which reached as high as No. 17 in the nation during last season, opens its 2011 campaign by hosting Vermont at the Soldiers Field Soccer Stadium Saturday, Feb. 25 at noon.  The Crimson returns 34 players from last year’s team, which finished 10-6 overall and went 3-3 in Ivy League contests.
