2007-08 (Freshman):
One of just four Harvard players with a winning overall record
(6-5) ... A perfect 3-0 at No. 4 and 1-0 at No. 3 ... Claimed a 3-0
win at No. 3 in Crimson victory against Cornell (Dec. 1) ... Earned
a 3-0 win at No. 6 against Western Ontario in first round of CSA
National Championships.
Background:
Hails from Rye, N.Y. where he attended Rye Country Day
School... Earned four letters in squash and was team co-captain his
sophomore, junior and senior year... Named team MVP in squash all
four years on the team... He earned four varsity letters in golf
including an All-League selection... Was also team co-captain his
senior year... Was a member of the the varsity soccer team for two
years... Ranked first in the region and fourth nationally U19 in
2007... Finished second in the U15 and U17 USSRA National Jr.
Championships... Received the National Latin Examination Cum Laude
Award in 2006... Volunteers at City Squash where he teaches inner
city kids the game and tutors them... Other interests include
business, politics, sports and travel... Sister (Blair) graduated
from Harvard in 2000 and was a four year member of the squash team
while brother-in-law Edouard Metrailler graduated fro Harvard in
1997... Sister (Leigh) played varsity squash at Trinity College.
