No. 4 Men’s Squash Powers Past Columbia, 9-0

NEW YORK – All nine Harvard players in the starting lineup won by 9-0 tallies as the No. 4 Harvard men's squash team powered past No. 15 Columbia, 9-0 in New York Friday night.

Ali Farag extended his career-opening win streak to five with a victory in the No. 1 position and Brandon McLaughlin and Nick Hopcroft finished off the top three with wins for Harvard.

Tyler Olson had the most dominant victory for Harvard with an 11-1, 11-1, 11-9 victory over Alec Goldberg at No. 5.

With a win at No. 7, Julian Kirby won his team-high 11th win of the season.  Kirby took down Andrew Tan, 3-0.

It was the first meeting between Harvard and Columbia since the Lions became a varsity program in 2009-10.
