CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The No. 2 Harvard men's squash team concludes its weekend with a, 9-0, sweep of Western Ontario. The Crimson has now swept each of its four matches this season to remain undefeated.
Seven Crimson athletes posted 3-0 records to help secure the win over the Mustangs, led by Ali Farag. The senior blanked Albert Shoihet in the number spot to spark the Crimson momentum. Gary Powers posted a 12-10 victory and a 17-15 victory over James Van Staveren before dropping the third game 6-11. Powers regained control to take the forth match and secure the win in the No. 2 position.
Dylan Murray, Nigel Koh, Nicholas Hopcroft Tyler Olson, Tom Mullaney and Matt Roberts each registered 3-0 victories.
Harvard will take a month-long break before returning to action Jan. 7, when the Crimson travel to Williams to take on the Ephs.
