Harvard Men’s Tennis Reaches No. 16 in Latest ITA Rankings

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard men's tennis team (13-1), continued its ascent up the ITA rankings this week, as the Crimson now sit as the No. 16 team in the country, according to the poll that was released this afternoon. Harvard's new spot in the rankings is the highest Harvard has been this season after most recently coming in at No. 26 in last week's poll. 

Harvard continued its strong play this past weekend when it traveled to San Diego, Calif., the Hilton Mission Valley Spring Classic. Harvard swept its competition by beating UC Irvine on Friday, 6-1, followed by San Diego State University and No. 23 University of San Diego, on Saturday,  4-3, 4-2, respectively.

The Crimson will be at home this weekend when it takes on cross-town rival, Boston College on Wednesday night. The match is slated for 6 p.m. Check back later tonight for a preview for tomorrow's match.
