Ivy League Championship Moved Up Due to Weather Concerns
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Ivy League softball championship series between Harvard and Cornell, originally scheduled to begin Saturday, May 8, will now begin Friday, May 7 due to weather concerns.
The Crimson and Big Red will square off in a best-of-three series, beginning with a doubleheader Friday and a single game Saturday if necessary. First pitch on Friday and Saturday is slated to be at 12:30 p.m. Harvard is looking for its first league title since 2007.
