Markley Tabbed Player of the Week For Third Time This Season

For the third time this season and second week in a row, junior
Emma Markley has been named Ivy League Women’s Basketball
Player of the Week by the conference office.
Markley recorded back-to-back double-doubles for the Crimson in a
pair of home victories this past week. The Yorktown Heights, N.Y.,
native averaged 17.0 points per game and 12.5 rebounds per game.
She scored 18 points, pulled down a career-high 15 rebounds,
blocked two shots and collected two steals in a 74-57 win over Holy
Cross and then scored 16 point, grabbed 10 rebounds, blocked a shot
and collected a steal in a come-from-behind 85-68 win over Boston
University.
She leads the team in points with 16.0 ppg and rebounds with 6.7
rpg.
Harvard hosts Northeastern in its third straight home game
Wednesday, Dec. 9. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m.
