2010-11 Harvard Women's Hockey
Schedule
Last season, the Harvard women's hockey team compiled 20
wins, captured its 13th Beanpot Championship, saw its head coach
become the winningest coach in Division I women's hockey
history, and earned its eighth berth into the NCAA tournament. Even
with the success from a year ago, Katey Stone, The Landry Family
Head Coach for Harvard Women's Ice Hockey, is looking to take
her team to greater heights in 2010-11.
With a core of six seniors, a wealth of underclassmen talent and a promising freshman class, the Crimson has its sights set on the top of ECAC Hockey and a return trip to the national tournament. The 2010-11 schedule pits Harvard against some of the top talent in the nation, including No. 2 Cornell and No. 3 Minnesota on the road. With a solid defense and a workman-like offense, the No. 9 Crimson begins its season at home against Ivy League foes Yale and Brown, en route to its ECAC title bid.
Katey Stone shares her thoughts on the upcoming season in a video season preview:
