Harvard Women's Soccer Adds Six for 2014

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard women's soccer is set to welcome six new Crimson to Cambridge for the 2014 season, head coach Ray Leone announced this week. Joining Harvard for the upcoming season are Marie Becker, Mia Bladin, Caroline Chagares, Candy Janachowski, Gabby Kaplan and Dani Stollar. The six new Crimson represent four different states and two countries.

Member of the German National Team … Named the Kiel Athlete of the Year (2012) … Schleswig-Holstein's Soccer Player of the Year (2012 and 2013) ... Player of the Tournament of the Schleswig-Holstein Indoor Soccer Championship (2013) … Honor for Outstanding Athletic Performance awarded by the city of Kiel (2009 and 2010) … Helped Germany to fourth place in the U17 World Cup 2012 … Reached the semifinals of the U19 European Championship 2013 … Champion of the 3rd German Soccer League 2012 and 2014
