CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Amanda Kulik will join the Harvard women's swimming and diving coaching staff as the program's new assistant coach, Stephanie Wriede Morawski, The Costin Family Head Coach for Harvard Women's Swimming & Diving, has announced. Kulik comes to Harvard after previously coaching at Smith College.
"I am very excited to have Amanda on staff. Having previously seen her on deck, I know she brings incredible enthusiasm and energy," Morawski said. "She will be a great mentor and motivator for the women."
Kulik has been an assistant coach for Smith since 2011, after serving as the water polo, swimming and tennis coach at Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, Mass. While swimming for Trinity College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish, Kulik was a member of the NESCAC All-Academic Team and remains in the top-10 fastest times for the Bantams in the 50-, 100- and 200-backstroke. During her time spent coaching at Smith, Kulik earned master's degree in exercise and sport studies.
