Suzie Trimble '08 enters her second season as the top assistant on head coach Jen Weiss' staff after spending two seasons as the coaching assistant. Trimble began her tenure in Cambridge as a four-year letterwinner for the Crimson, earning numerous accolades during her career.
On the sidelines, Trimble helped the Crimson to a 7-7 Ivy League
record in 2012 marking the program's first season at .500 or better
in conference since 2009. In 2011, Harvard posted a 12-12 record,
marking the first time since 2004 that the Crimson had finished
with a winning percentage of .500 or better. In her three season's
she has coached seven All-Ivy League selections, five Academic
All-Ivy honorees and three Capital One Academic All-District
recipients.
Trimble graduated in 2008 as one of the most decorated players in
team history. A two-time captain, Trimble earned All-Ivy League
second-team honors as a junior and senior, and led the team in
hitting during her senior season as well. A force in the
front-court, Trimble currently holds the program record for career
block assists with 298 and is second in team annals with 370 career
total blocks. Trimble also stands ninth all-time at Harvard with

average with 2.70.
The San Capistrano, Calif., native also has a presence within the top Harvard season records, recording the third-most block assists in a season as a sophomore with 89 and the fifth most total blocks with 109.
At the 2008 Senior Letterwinners’ Dinner, Trimble was presented with the Francis J. Toland Community Service Award, given annually to the senior student-athlete who has made the most outstanding contribution to Harvard and its neighboring communities.
