Jaycee Yegher, Women’s Swimming and Diving – Competing in her first meet of the year, Jaycee Yegher posted a pair of first place finishes (100- and 200-yard breast) in a dual meet win over Brown last Wednesday. Her time of 2:13.48 in the 200 breast was the team’s best time in the event this season and put her third amongst the program’s all-time leaders.
Rémi Drolet, skiing- First-year Rémi Drolet shined in the Harvard Carnival placing third in the mens 10km freestyle (21:41.0), and second in the men’s 20km classic (54:21.6), facing nearly 90 competitors in each race. Drolet is the first nordic skier to place in the top three since Akeo Maifeld-Carucci in the 2014-15 season.
Ethan McCrary, Men’s Volleyball – The first-year middle-blocker tallied a total of 25 kills and a .823 hitting percentage against No. Pepperdine and Daemen. Against Daemen, McCrary had a career high 14 kills and a .867 hitting percentage as well as one block assist.
Ronan Jachuck, Men’s Tennis – Helping lead the Crimson to two 7-0 victories over the weekend, the first year went undefeated in the No. 1 singles and doubles spot. In doubles play, Jachuck paired up with sophomore Brian Shi to defeat Bennett/Saborio of Purdue 6-1 and Cnlon/Woodman of Army 7-6(4). In singles play, he defeated Athell Bennett of Purdue in three sets, coming back after dropping the first set to take 6-4, 6-1 victories. Against Army, Jachuck defeated Myles Conlin in straight sets, 6-1, 6-2.
