Andrei Tarsici joined the Harvard athletic training staff during the 2012-13 school year after spending the previous eight years at Bucknell, as a fellow and assistant athletic trainer. Tarsici will work with the Crimson men's lacrosse, women's soccer and men's and women's squash teams.
In addition to his duties at Bucknell, Tarsici was an approved clinical instructor for Shenandoah, Quinnipiac and Bloomburg, and he spent the summer of 2012 working with the U-19 USA Lacrosse team after spending the previous two with USA Field Hockey in the same capacity.
Tarsici is certified as an athletic trainer, corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a CPR/AED for professional rescuer by the American Red Cross. He is currently working on obtaining a certification as a registered orthopedic technologist from the American Society of Orthopedic Professionals.
Tarsici graduated from Penn State with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Athletic Training in 2004 before receiving his master's degree in exercise science from the California University of Pennsylvania.
