Baseball's Final Game with Army Rained Out

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Taking the field for the final time during its spring break trip to Florida, Harvard baseball and Army played 2.5 innings before the game was called off due to rain on Saturday at Jack Russell Stadium.

The Crimson was leading 3-0 at the time of the cancellation after scoring hits from freshman Patrick McColl and junior Drew Reid. Senior Nick Scahill threw two scoreless innings before the rain delay.

Harvard takes a 5-7 overall record into a doubleheader with Fairfield on Saturday, March 26 before returning to Cambridge for its home opener on Sunday, March 27 against Albany. The latter doubleheader will be broadcast on the Ivy League Digital Network.
