Opening Round of Baseball Beanpot Moved to Northeastern

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Originally scheduled to be played at O'Donnell Field, Harvard baseball's first round Beanpot contest with Northeastern has been moved to the Huskies' Friedman Diamond due to snowfall in the area on Monday. The game will still take place on Wednesday, April 6.

The first pitch will be thrown at 3:30 p.m., half hour later than the originally-scheduled 3 p.m. start, and Harvard will remain the home team despite the change in location.

Harvard last captured a Beanpot championship in 2014, and is in search of its fourth title in program history.
