PRINCETON, N.J. - Harvard baseball senior Patrick McColl has been named the Ivy League Player of the Week as announced by the conference today. This marks McColl's first player-of-the-week honor.
The senior kicked off the season this past weekend hitting for a .412 average (7-17) with seven hits, including two doubles and two home runs. He added five RBIs and an on-base percentage of .882. McColl led the team in hits, doubles, home runs and RBIs through the team's first-four games.
The baseball team returns to action Friday at 4 p.m. for another four-game series at Radford.
