Harvard Lightweight Crew Competes on Day One of IRAs

FOLSOM, Calif. – The No. 5 Harvard lightweight crew team raced three boats this morning, May 31, in the opening heats of the 2019 IRA National Championships. The lightweight four without a coxswain advanced to its grand final while the lightweight eight and lightweight four will compete in the petite finals on Sunday.

The crews will now prepare for their respective finals set for Sunday, June 2. The lightweight four without a coxswain will race at 8:18 a.m., with the lightweight four and lightweight eight following at 8:50 a.m. and 9:52 a.m. respectively.
