Vinar Finishes Strong as Men’s Golf Wraps NCAA Regional

COLLEGE GROVE, Tenn. – Senior Kendrick Vinar capped a strong weekend at the NCAA Men's Golf Regional Championship at The Grove, finished 13th overall with a final score of 218 (plus-two, 76-68-74).

Vinar moved up three spots from the start of the day, pacing the Crimson and finishing highest for a Harvard player since 1982.

Junior Greg Royston shot a 76 on day three, finishing plus-14 for the weekend (76-78-76, 230) to rank second on the team and No. 62 overall. Senior Robert Deng was not far behind, moving up one spot with a 77 scorecard on day three (74-81-77, 232).

Harvard finished No. 13 at the regional, posting a score of plus-45 (299-302-308). Senior Daniel De La Garza wrapped the tournament at plus-17 (73-79-81, 233) to finish No. 70.
