NORMAN, Okla. – Excelling in the classroom and on the green, men's golf has received the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) 2018-19 President's Special Recognition and All-Academic Team awards. Harvard men's golf is one of 17 Division I teams to earn the President's Special Recognition, as well as one of three Ivy League teams. Only four other Ivy League schools received the All-Academic Team accolade.

In order to be eligible for President's Special Recognition, a team must have a combined 3.5 GPA or above. In order to earn All-Academic Team honors, teams must have a combined 3.0 GPA or better.

The Crimson finished sixth at the Ivy League Championships last spring and begins the fall slate on Sep. 7 at the Ryan T. Lee Memorial in Simsbury, Connecticut.
