The Particulars
The No. 6 Harvard men’s squash team hosts No. 1 Trinity Wednesday at the Barnaby Courts. Trinity brings an 8-0 season record to Cambridge, while the Crimson is 4-2.

Harvard opened 2011 with an 8-1 win over No. 8 Western Ontario Jan. 13. The match was played in Toronto at the Canada National Squash Academy.

About Harvard
The Crimson ended 2010 on a sour note, dropping matches at Cornell and Rochester. Harvard began the season with three straight home victories, including two over Ivy League teams, and returned to the win column in its first match of 2011, downing Western Ontario.

About Trinity
The Bantams enter Wednesday’s contest riding the longest win streak in the history of intercollegiate varsity sports with 232 wins. Trinity picked up wins No. 231 and 232 over the weekend, beating both No. 10 Penn and No. 9 Franklin & Marshall, 9-0.

Last Year’s Meeting
Trinity handed Harvard its only shutout loss of the 2009-10 season. The Bantams beat the visiting Crimson, 9-0.

Northern Success
The trip to Canada was an overall success for the Crimson, returning with a victory over Western Ontario after four days of training at the Canada National Squash Academy.

Returning Home
Tonight’s match against Trinity is the first at home for the Crimson since Dec. 1. Harvard is currently 3-0 at the Barnaby Courts this season and look to continue that streak against Trinity.

Up Next
A four-match road swing awaits the Crimson. The stretch begins with matches at No. 14 St. Lawrence and No. 21 Hamilton Jan. 28 and 29, respectively.
