HONOLULU – The Harvard men's diving team returned from the holiday break on Thursday and competed at the Wally Nakamoto Hawai'i Diving Invitational. Representing the Crimson were Alec DeCaprio and Hal Watts against a field that included the Rainbow Warriors and Wisconsin.
DeCaprio was Harvard's top performer on the 3-meter board, accumulating 295.40 points to finish in seventh place. Watts, meanwhile, totaled the eighth-best score in the 11-man field, earning 281.90 points.
The Rainbow Warriors took the first three spots with Johan Sandell capturing first place with 358.20 points.
Harvard will continue action at the Wally Nakamoto Hawai'i Diving Invitational on Friday at 3:30 p.m. ET/10:30 a.m. HT with the 1-meter competition.
