Walker Advances to Finals at Ivy Plus Tournament

Day 1 Recap

PRINCETON, N.J. Sophomore Harris Walker has advanced to the finals of the Nassau flight at the Ivy Plus Tournament in Princeton, N.J. On the second day of competition, Walker defeated Dmitry Shatalin of Penn (6-4, 6-2) and Dan Martin of Dartmouth (3-6, 6-4, 6-2) to advance.

Junior Constantin Zoske bounced back from a loss in the quarterfinals by defeating Ryan Cheng of Yale in straight sets (7-5, 6-1).

At Yale, first-year Alan Yim is currently 2-0 through two rounds of singles matches after defeating Roger Chou of Brown today, 6-3, 7-6.

Action will resume tomorrow at 9 a.m. with one round of doubles and one round of singles matches.
