HANOVER, N.H. – The Harvard men's tennis team completed the Dartmouth Invite, Oct. 4-6, with victories in six singles matches. Junior Constantin Zoske, sophomore Bo Leschly and first-year Alan Yim all finished singles play with a 2-1 record.
On day one of the invite, Leschly defeated Camille Klima of Yale for the second time this season, 6-2, 4-6, 10-6. Zoske also came away from the court with a win over Sid Chari of Dartmouth in straight sets, 6-2, 6-2.
The Crimson went 3-0 during singles matches on day two with all victories coming in straight sets. Harvard went 2-0 against opponents from Brown, with Yim defeating Matthew Mu, 6-0, 7-6, and Zoske beating Komatineni, 6-3, 6-3. Leschly downed Matthew Druyanoff of Cornell 6-3, 6-2.
During the final day of play, Yim kept the winning streak going by notching a victory over Peter Conklin of Dartmouth in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2.
- Yim now has an 8-2 record through fall play at the Napa Valley Classic and Ivy Plus Tournament.
- Yim and Zoske secured both of their victories in the tournament in straight sets.
- All members of the Crimson went undefeated in singles play on day two of the invite, the second time the team has gone undefeated this season.
The Crimson will compete at ITA Regionals, Oct. 17-22, in Philadelphia, Pa.
