No. 13 Coed Sailing Caps Season at NE Dinghy Championship

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—The No. 13 Harvard sailing team travels to Maine this weekend, April 27-28, closing out the regular season at the NE Dinghy Championship hosted by Bowdoin.

Competitors in Maine can expect windy conditions to open up the NE Dinghy Championships, with winds reaching 15 to 20 knots and occasional gusts up to 30 knots. Low visibility and possible showers may also impact early morning races. Conditions will improve moving into day two, with sustained winds around 10 knots. 

What to Know
-At last year's NE Dinghy Championships, the Crimson finished 11th in the field.
-Last week, the No. 5 Harvard women's sailing crew clinched a spot in the ICSA Women's National Championship, May 21-24.
-For their performance at skipper this season, Emma Kaneti and Taylor Gavula earned All-NEISA honors last week. In addition, Kaneti was named the NEISA Rookie of the Year.
