PRINCETON, N.J.- The Ivy League has announced first-year Teagan Shaw of the Harvard softball team on Monday, March 4. This marks the first time Shaw has received this honor.
Over the weekend, Shaw aided the Crimson (5-4) to a 3-1 record, with victories over Bucknell, Saint Joseph's and Howard. Collectively, the first-year tallied three home runs, six RBI's with a 1.077 slugging percentage and a .384 batting average in the four-game span. Shaw improves to a team leading four homeruns, nine RBI's and a .389 batting average alongside fellow first-year Trina Hoang.
Shaw and the rest of the Harvard softball team resume play when they travel to California for a road heavy west coast spring break venture from March 15-19.
