Amy Lwin
Title: Volunteer Assistant Coach

Experience: First Season

Amy Lwin enters her first year as a volunteer assistant coach for the Crimson under Head Coach Jenny Allard, after serving four years as an assistant coach at Pomona-Pitzer College in Claremont, Calif.  

During her four years at Pomona-Pitzer, Lwin successfuly orchestrated and executed all the organizational of the program from developing practice plans to coordinating team travel plans and on-campus recruiting visits, and maintained and monitored the issuing and storage of team apparel and equipment. Additionally, during competition, Lwin was responsible for tracking pitches and opposing batters. 

Lwin has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in the sport of softball. She previously served as the pitching coordinator and game coordinator at the softball Headfirst Camps in Washington, D.C. during the summer of 2017. In addition, she a decorated four-year career as a pitcher at the University of California - Riverside, finishing her career in the top-10 of the Highlanders' all-time leaders, including third in saves. 

After graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in neuroscience in 2013, Lwin currently resides in Brighton, Mass. and is pursuing her Master's of Education in counseling and psychology from Boston University.
