26 Members of Radcliffe Heavyweight, Lightweight Crews Earn CRCA National Scholar-Athlete Award

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Twenty-six (26) members of the Radcliffe women's heavyweight and lightweight crews earned the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete Award as announced by the CRCA today, June 25.

Seventeen (17) from women's heavyweight crew- Caroline Noble, Caroline Sharis, Desmond Goodwin, Erica Holmes, Georgia Bradley, Grace Eysenbach, Holly Conlon, Hope Cessford, Isabelle Bastian, Jenny Li, Lucy Hamilton, Mary McDermott, Meaghan Townsend, Rafaela Stalph, Rosie Poling, Teresa Rokos and Sophia Young were honored.

Nine (9) from women's lightweight crew – Ana Watley, Claire Albert, Claire Burch, Clara Duffy, Gina Cusing, Juliet Pesner, Molly Lesser, Olivia Farrar and Tessa Buchan also were recognized.

For a student-athlete to be eligible, she must be in her second, third or fourth year of eligibility; must have rowed in her institution's NCAA or IRA eligible boat(s) for a minimum of 75 percent of the current spring races or racing in a regional conference event and must have a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher for her career (through the fall semester/quarter for the current competition year).
