CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Sophomore sabre fencer Adrienne Jarocki and sophomore ice hockey goalie Brianna Liang have been named to Business Insider's list of 19 Incredibly Impressive Students at Harvard. To see the full article, click here.
Jarocki won the NCAA Sabre Individual National Championship as a freshman last season, and earned All-America first team honors. She went 18-5 on the season with a plus-53 scoring index and 108 recorded touches at the event. Jarocki also earned All-Ivy honors, and helped the Crimson to 16 team wins and a 5th place national finish.
Laing helped Harvard to a 7-0 record while in net as a freshman, and posted a .974 save percentage and an impressive 0.63 goals against average. After recording a shutout in her first career start, Laing continued her excellent series of play with three additional shutouts and a career-best 32 saves against Yale. She earned ECAC Rookie of the Week honors for the week of March 3.
