CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Rising senior Kaitlin Tse, rising sophomore Becca Gilmore and incoming freshman Dominique Petrie have all been named to their respective national select team rosters for the USA vs. Canada Summer Series set for this coming Thursday-Sunday (Aug. 16-19) in Calgary, Alberta.
Following a week-long development camp, defenseman Kaitlin Tse was selected from a group of more than 90 accomplished players to represent Team Canada on the 22-member National Women's Development Team. Tse also represented Canada at the 2018 Nations Cup in Fussen, Germany. During the 2017-18 season, Tse played both defense and forward for the Crimson, amassing 16 points, fifth on the team, off of three goals and 13 assists. Tse will return as one of six seniors to lead the Crimson through the 2018-19 season.
Becca Gilmore was named to the U.S. Under-22 Women's Select Team Roster for the second time in her career after competing against 75 players at the USA Hockey Women's National Festival Aug. 6-13. The 22-member roster includes two players from the 2018 Gold Medal Olympic Team as well as three members that won gold with Team USA at the 2018 IIHF Under-18 World Championships. As a freshman, Gilmore led the Crimson in scoring with 35 points on 16 goals and 19 assists.
Approaching the start of her collegiate career with the Crimson, Dominique Petrie earned a spot on the U.S. Under-18 Women's Select Team following the National Festival at the Olympic Center in Lake Placid, N.Y. Petrie is joined by seven other members that helped Team USA to a gold medal at the 2018 IIHF Under-18 World Championships in Dimitrov, Russia. After a 9-3 win over Sweden in the championship match, Dominique Petrie was tabbed U.S. Player of the Game for her three-point effort consisting of two goals and one assist, along with a team-high seven shots on goal.

Maura Crowell (Mansfield, Mass.), head women's ice hockey coach at the University of Minnesota Duluth and former assistant coach/interim head coach at Harvard, is serving as head coach for the U.S. Under-18 Women's Select Team. Joel Johnson (White Bear Lake, Minn.), associate head coach for the University of Minnesota women's ice hockey program, will serve as head coach of the U.S. Under-22 Women's Select Team.
Harvard opens the 2018-19 campaign on October 19 against Dartmouth at the Bright-Landry Hockey Center. The Crimson will see its first on-ice action the week before in an exhibition matchup with McGill.
