Lindsay Reed Named ECAC Hockey’s Goalie of the Week

ALBANY, N.Y. – After recording the first two shutouts of her career, Lindsay Reed has been named ECAC Hockey's Goalie of the Week. This is the second weekly honor for Reed after earning Rookie of the Week earlier this season.

Reed posted the first clean sheet of her career on Friday against Rensselaer, making 26 saves in the process. Returning on Saturday, the rookie stopped 34 shots from the Union Dutchwomen. Reed is the first Harvard goalie to put up back-to-back shutouts since Emerance Maschmeyer in Nov. 2015.

The Crimson returns to action on Friday, Dec. 7 against Maine. Puck drop is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Bright-Landry Hockey Center.
