Women’s Hockey Set for Road Battles Against Union, Rensselaer

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's hockey team (8-11-3, 6-8-2 ECAC Hockey) travels to New York this weekend for a pair of ECAC Hockey matchups. The Crimson will go head-to-head with Union on Friday at 6 p.m. and will return on Saturday to take on Rensselaer at 3 p.m.

What to Know

  • Harvard is on a three-game win streak after sweeping Brown and Yale and defeating No. 7/7 Boston College in the opening round of the Beanpot Tournament.
  • Harvard's top line of Kristin Della Rovere, Lexie Laing and Kat Hughes has put up 31 points in eight games played together (3.875 pts per game)
  • Lindsay Reed made 52 saves against No. 7/7 Boston College on Tuesday night. She now ranks No. 1 in the country in save percentage.

Harvard will next turn its attention to the Beanpot Championship game against No. 8/8 Boston University on Tuesday, Feb. 12 at the Bright-Landry Hockey Center. Puck drop is set for 8 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+, NESNPlus and TSN.
