Headshots of seven players invited to National Team camps

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Seven members of the Harvard women's ice hockey team have been invited to attend summer development camps for their respective national teams. Lily Farden, Becca Gilmore, Kat Hughes, Dominique Petrie, and Lindsay Reed were all selected for USA Hockey's 2019 Women's National Festival while Emma Buckles and Kristin Della Rovere were invited to Hockey Canada's National Women's Development Team Selection Camp.

The United States contingent will descend on the Olympic Center in Lake Placid, N.Y. from August 5-13 while Canada's Showcase will take over the Markin MacPhail Centre at WinSport's Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Aug. 2-11. Both camps will be used to select the rosters for the U18 and U22 series between Canada and the United States scheduled for Aug. 14-17 at the Olympic Center in Lake Placid.

Gilmore, Della Rovere, Hughes and Petrie will return as four of the top five scorers from the 2018-19 season while Buckles, a blueliner, leads all returners in blocked shots. Reed will look to remain one of the NCAA's top goaltenders, ending the 2018-19 season ranked third in the nation in save percentage.
