CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – After registering a career-high 10 points on six goals and four assists in Harvard's 17-9 win over Dartmouth April 2, sophomore midfielder Julia Glynn of the Crimson women's lacrosse team has been honored as the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
Glynn, who hails from Manhasset, New York, tied her career-best with those six goals, helping Harvard improve to 6-3 overall and 2-1 in the Ivy League with the victory. Glynn scored or assisted on the Crimson's first six goals of the game and amassed five goals and two assists by halftime.
Through nine games, Glynn paces the Crimson with 32 points and 14 assists and ranks second on the squad with 18 goals.
Harvard will host Brown in an Ivy contest Saturday, April 9 at 1 p.m. The game will be shown live on the Ivy League Digital Network.
