CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Athletics has announced a lacrosse package that will feature nine games that will air on either NESN or NESNplus. The nine television assignments are the most for a single school in NESN's 2019 lacrosse coverage.
The Crimson women's lacrosse program will have five of its games televised with the balance of the inventory going to the men's team. The Harvard men, however, will make the Crimson's debut on the network when it plays at Brown on March 16 in a game featured on NESNplus.
Harvard women's lacrosse will make its first appearance on NESN on March 24 vs. Yale, followed by a date at Dartmouth on March 30 (NESNplus). Of the three remaining games, two will air on NESN – the home game vs. UMass Lowell on April 10, and the home date vs. Penn for Senior Day on April 27. The two NESN games are separated by a road clash at Brown on April 20.
As for the men's lacrosse team, outside of the aforementioned game at Brown, Harvard will make NESNplus appearances at Boston University on March 19, and on Senior Day vs. Yale on April 27. The Crimson will play on NESN on March 27 when Albany visits Cambridge.
NESN and NESNplus are available in the six-state New England region. For a complete channel listing in your area, click here.
