The Harvard wrestling team had seven student-athletes earn 2019 EIWA Academic Achievement Awards. The total was the second-most in the Ivy League and tied for the fifth-highest total among the 16 EIWA members.

Nolan Hellickson (125 lbs.), Lukus Stricker (133 lbs.), Ryan Friedman (141 lbs.), Hunter Ladnier (157 lbs.), Tyler Tarsi (165 lbs.), Joshua Kim (174 lbs.) and Pierce Bausano (197 lbs.) were all recognized for their efforts in the classroom.

To be eligible for recognition, wrestlers must have earned a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 and participated at the EIWA Championships or achieved a cumulative 3.0 GPA and qualified for the NCAA Championships through the EIWA.

Harvard's seven honorees trailed Ivy member Brown, which had eight award winners. Other EIWA institutions that featured eight honorees include American, Drexel and Lehigh. The Crimson, meanwhile, was tied for fifth with Penn's seven award winners.
