CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – After 21 combined wins over the fall and spring seasons last year, Harvard women's rugby welcomes the incoming class of two freshmen, Sofie Fella and Cassidy Bargell, to join 28 returners for the 2018-19 season.

"We are excited to welcome the incoming freshmen to the Harvard women's rugby family," says Mel Denham, Head Coach of Harvard Women's Rugby. "Their commitment to growth and excellence will help us create a more competitive environment within the team, and the experience and game understanding they bring will provide them with the opportunity to make an impact right away."

The two incoming freshmen will add to the depth of the Crimson, which capped the 2017-18 season by advancing to the USA Rugby 7s National Championships.
