Mohammadi Honored as Ivy League Player of the Week

The award is the first weekly Ivy League honor for Mohammadi (Gil Talbot).

PRINCETON, N.J. – Continuing her scorching pace midway through the conference campaign, Harvard women's soccer senior Leah Mohammadi has been named the Ivy League Player of the Week.

Mohammadi scored two goals with one assist on the week, giving her seven goals and 16 points this season, both of which rank second in the Ivy League. The Upland, California native has found the back of the net in three straight games, helping keep Harvard atop the Ivy League table.

Mohammadi is the second Harvard player to be named Ivy League Player of the Week this season, joining Sophie Hirst. Harvard women's soccer travels to Princeton on Saturday, Oct. 20 for a 1 p.m. kickoff. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
