PRINCETON, N.J. – Leading the Crimson to its sixth-straight victory, junior forward Murphy Agnew of the Harvard Women's Soccer team has been named the Ivy League Player of the Week.
Agnew scored her fourth goal of the season, tying a career-high with two assists and four points in a 3-0 win over Cornell. She has helped Harvard to a 3-0, first-place start in the Ivy League, with all three wins coming in shutout fashion. Agnew's 1.67 points per game leads the Ivy League, while her 15 total points rank fourth.
The weekly honor is the first of the season for Agnew, and her first-career Player of the Week honor. The Crimson travels to Boston University Tuesday, Oct. 15 before hosting Brown on Saturday, Oct. 19.
