Kristy Zurmuhlen is in her second season as the program's operations coordinator in 2019.

In 2019, Harvard posted a 12-3-2 overall record, including a 5-1-1 mark in Ivy League action to finish second in the 2019 standings. Junior Murphy Agnew was tabbed as the Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year, as shed led six Crimson players to earn All-Ivy honors. Additionally, Cammie Dopke and Taylor Nielson earned CoSIDA Academic All-District accoades in 2019. 

Zurmuhlen comes to Cambridge after spending the past three years as a sports performance and strength and conditioning coach. She was also an assistant coach at Boston College during the 2014-15 season, where she helped the Eagles to a nine-win campaign.

Zurmuhlen was a standout player at Stanford, where she graduated in 2012 after helping lead the Cardinal to the 2011 NCAA Championship over Duke. She was selected to the NCAA College Cup All-Tournament team as a result. She also pushed Stanford to four-consecutive Pac-10 or Pac-12 titles, and to three final fours.
