AUSTIN, Texas – Harvard junior Miki Dahlke set a personal record in the 50-yard freestyle on Thursday at the NCAA Championships at the Lee & Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin, Texas.

The Mill Valley, California native found herself in lane one of Heat 1 and went on to win the race with a time of 22.58. Her effort was the third-fastest time in school history, replacing her old mark of 22.71, accomplished at the 2019 Ivy League Championships.

Dahlke, however, did not advance to the finals after finishing in 38th place overall in the 55-swimmer field.

The action at the NCAA Championships continues tomorrow at 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT with prelims of the 200 freestyle and the 3-meter diving competition. Preliminary action will be streamed at TexasSports.com.
