PROVIDENCE, R.I.- The No. 16 Harvard women's water polo team fell in its final contest of the season to No. 21 Bucknell, 11-9. Bucknell quickly countered with three goals for a 3-2 lead. Thawley tallied another score in the opening portion of the second period, capitalizeing on the five-meter penalty shot, but Bucknell held onto its lead to exit the period, 4-3.

Harvard opened up the second half with an outside attack from Olivia Price, for her second tally of the day and was shortly followed by a Lana Gorlinski six-on-five drive from the post. The Bison and the Crimson continued to trade goals for the remainder of the period and headed into the final eight minutes of the season tied at seven. Despite recording an additional two goals from Hong and Thawley, it was not enough to counter the Bison's four and fell, 11-7.
