First-year Diego Saavedra-Davila had a strong performance at the Ivy League Championships, placing T6 as an individual at 9-over par. The first-year's weekend included a second round 69 (-2), which was tied for the low round in the tournament. He totaled 12 birdies, the most of any player, and went 6-under on the par 5s, tied for the lowest score in the field.
