Natasha Gonzalez, June Lee, Irene Lu and Erica Oosterhout will represent the Crimson at the ITA Regional Tournamnet (Athletic Communications).
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's tennis team will send four members of the squad to compete in the annual Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regional Championships, the penultimate event of the fall collegiate tennis season. The Northeast Regional will take place over five days (Oct. 21-25), with the tournament champions earning automatic entry into the ITA National Indoor Championships, held in Flushing, N.Y. in November.
Natasha Gonzalez, June Lee, Irene Lu and Erica Oosterhout will represent the Crimson in the tournament hosted by Yale. All four women are slated to compete in singles during the main draw of the tournament. Lee and Oosterhout will pair up to compete in the doubles championship with Gonzalez and Lu set as the second pairing.
The draw will be released just before the start of the tournament on Friday morning. Stay tuned for a second announcement regarding the heats and draw results. Below is a full schedule of play:

Last Time Out
The women's tennis team traveled to New Haven, Connecticut to compete in the three-day Bulldog Invitational, hosted by Yale, in which they faced Massachusetts , Stony Brook and Brown. Overall the team finished with an 8-19 record.
Welcome to Cambridge
The Harvard women's tennis team and head coach Traci Green have announced the incoming class of 2020; Nika Besker, Jenna Friedel, Natasha Gonzalez, Irene Lu, Lexi Milunovich, Kaelli Thiel and Angelina Ye. The group of seven joins the Crimson from five states and Croatia.
Aye, Aye Captain
The Crimson voted senior June Lee to lead the team for the 2016-17 year. The West Windsor, New Jersey native finished 15-14 in doubles play last season and helped Harvard place second at the ECAC Division I Indoor Championships.
Leading the Way
The head coach for Harvard women's tennis is Traci Green. Green enters her tenth season in 2016-17 after taking over the program July 1, 2007. Green is just the eighth person to serve as Harvard's women's tennis coach and has assisted the Crimson to 92 wins, including Harvard's 18th Ivy League Title in 2009.
Green is joined by assistant coach Andrew Laing and volunteer assistant coach Debbie Goldfine.
