Wrestling Announces 2022-23 Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard wrestling will travel across the country in preparation for the EIWA and NCAA Championships in March as part of its 2022-23 schedule, the David. G Bunning '88 Head Coach for Harvard Wrestling Jay Weiss announced on Monday.

To begin its season the Crimson will participate in elite competitions around the country before facing many ranked teams and individuals throughout its dual schedule later in the year. 
 
Harvard opens its season at the Journeymen Classic in Manheim, Pennsylvania on Nov. 13. The Crimson will return to Pennsylvania the following weekend for the Keystone Classic in Philadelphia on Nov. 20. 
 
The team then heads west for the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational from Dec. 2-3, before closing 2022 with the Midlands Championships from Dec. 29-30. In its first competition of 2023, the team will head to Lancaster, Pennsylvania for the Franklin and Marshall Open on Jan. 6.
 
The Crimson opens its dual schedule at the Malkin Athletic Center with the University of North Carolina on Jan. 14 before a doubleheader against Cornell and Binghamton on Jan. 21. Harvard then hits the road for matches against Ivy rivals Princeton on Jan. 27 and Penn on Jan. 28. 
 
Harvard closes its regular season with three matches at home against Columbia on Feb. 10, Hofstra on Feb. 11, and Brown on Feb. 17. 
 
Beginning postseason play, the Crimson will travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the EIWA Championships from Mar. 4-5 before heading to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the NCAA Championships from Mar. 16-18.
